We had a WaterGuard system, sump pump and structural jacks installed. Nick and his crew did immaculate work. We were happy with the Erickson sales experience generally, but there has been some miscommunication about when phases of the work were to be done and several change orders. Nick was able to accommodate, and the office also was very cooperative and didn't allow things to get stressful. We still have the Poly Wall brick repair and sealing phase to go. The crew was very thorough and neat, and their cleanup and finish work is excellent.
