WaterGuard was installed along the interior of the foundation to capture water before it accesses the basement.
The crawlspace didn't have a full vapor barrier and needed to have a dehumidifier installed.
The main beam in the crawlspace was sagging and needed to be supported.
Water was entering through the bulkhead and collecting into the basement.
The previous owners of the home warned the current homeowners about this crack in the foundation.

The lally columns previously installed in the basement proved inadequate for supporting the floors above, resulting in noticeable sagging and sloping. This not only causes discomfort when walking on the bouncy floors but also serves as a persistent reminder of the home's structural instability.
