The block foundation wall exhibited significant structural failure, characterized by pronounced inward bowing and the presence of horizontal and stairstep cracks. The previously installed I-beams, implemented by another contractor, proved inadequate in stabilizing the wall. Consequently, a more comprehensive and robust solution was necessary to ensure the basement's structural integrity.

The PowerBrace System was initially installed on the wall to help stabilize it and provide additional support within the construction of the auxiliary wall.

The photograph reveals significant deterioration and crumbling of the brick support post, indicating a failure to adequately bear the load of the upper floors. This compromised support poses a serious threat to the structural integrity of the entire home.

Water was collecting in the garage of the Police Department.

Before we could install the SmartJacks our team removed some debris so they could access the floor system.

The basement lacked a stabilization system to support the floor above, causing the floors to sag over time due to the unsupported weight. This led to bouncy or creaking floors and could result in more severe damage if left unaddressed. To restore their home's structural integrity, the homeowners sought a long-term solution.
