Most of the concrete around the pool is in good condition but the concrete near the stairs is sinking.

This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.

After all the sections were lifted and stabilized, NexusPro silicone was used to seal all the cracks and prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete.

The slab is sunken down 4" and needed to be lifted for their party on labor day.

This is where the water was puddling in the garage.

Near the stairs on the walkway, the concrete slabs had settled unevenly, creating a one-inch trip hazard.

The cracks are running across the garage slab.

The joints and cracks in this section were overflowing with weeds. Our team power washed the area, lifted and leveled with PolyLevel, and sealed the cracks with NexusPro.
