This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.

Most of the concrete around the pool is in good condition but the concrete near the stairs is sinking.

The concrete slabs in front of this storefront had become uneven due to soil settlement caused by subsurface voids. This differential movement created trip hazards, presenting a potential liability risk for the business and compromising pedestrian safety.

Our team removed the old stone foundation and set up temporary posts before beginning the process of building the Mason Block Wall.

Over time, sections of the pool deck experienced differential settlement due to underlying soil voids, resulting in uneven surfaces and hazardous trip points that rendered the area nearly unusable. To restore structural integrity and safety, it was necessary to fill these voids and reestablish uniform support beneath the concrete slabs, thereby stabilizing the pool deck and preventing further displacement.

After all the sections were lifted and stabilized, NexusPro silicone was used to seal all the cracks and prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete.

The slab is sunken down 4" and needed to be lifted for their party on labor day.

This is where the water was puddling in the garage.
