Jimmy joined our company in 2023 and now serves as our Corporate Trainer. In this role, he is focused on infusing our purpose into every level of the organization through intentional growth, hands-on training, and leadership development. Jimmy is passionate about equipping our team with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to deliver exceptional solutions for homeowners.
Training and development have always been central to Jimmy’s leadership style. From personal check-ins to hands-on field support, he believes growth happens best when leaders are present, invested, and committed to raising the standard. His dedication to excellence continues to strengthen both our people and our culture.
Jimmy grew up near and currently lives in Florence, MS with his high school sweetheart, Laura, and their three children, Avery, Annabelle, and Calvin. Before joining our team, he worked in music education, financing, and trailer sales. In fact, our owner, Josh, first offered him a job while buying a trailer from him. Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys playing the trombone, cheering on Ole Miss sports, and traveling with his family.
