Laura has been part of the MidSouth team since 2020 and now serves as our Director of People. She’s passionate about creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and genuinely proud to be part of the team. Her goal is simple: remove roadblocks, support our people, and create an employee experience where good people can do great work.
Her favorite part of MidSouth is, without a doubt, the people. She loves getting to know team members, watching them grow, celebrating their wins, and helping them become the best version of themselves. She believes that when you take care of your people, they take care of each other and the customers we serve.
Laura leads with empathy, integrity, and consistency, always striving to make people feel heard, respected, and important. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, painting, and thrifting. Most of all, she loves being home with her family and keeping up with her toddler, Ezra.
