Rick joined our company in 2020 and has had a hand in sales, production and each of our different departments. Even before joining out team, Rick was very involved in construction. All of his experience mixed with his leadership skills, led him to eventually stepping up as our Operations Manager, and we couldn't ask for someone more perfect for that role. He is in and out of the office each day tackling different problems and ensuring things continue to run smoothly for our employees and customers alike. After all these years of being involved with our company, he claims that he has surely never seen a company this actually involved with customers problems and doing what is right for homeowners. He loves our goal of redefining this industry, and he plays a massive part in helping us do so.
Rick grew up in Summit, MS, but currently lives in Florence, MS, where he and his family are very involved with the community. His hobbies include softball, hunting, serving at his church, AND he might be the best pickle ball player our company has!
