Rob joined the DBS team in 2026 as an Assistant Foreman, bringing over eight years of customer service experience and more than five years in construction and home services. Originally from Ventura, California, he has hands-on experience in residential and partial commercial work, giving him a strong foundation in delivering quality results.
Rob is known for treating every customer and team member with compassion, respect, and honesty, always taking a personal approach in his interactions. He enjoys being out in the field, meeting new people, and continuing to grow his skills while serving the community.
Outside of work, Rob likes driving around the metro listening to music, going to the gym, and spending time with family. If he could have dinner with any historical figure, he would choose Nikola Tesla for his brilliance and innovation.
