Leslie Rogers

Leslie joined the DBS Repair team in 2026 as our Production Administrator. In this role, she supports the production side of the office by helping keep projects organized, assisting customers, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between the office and field teams. Leslie brings previous administrative experience to the position and enjoys the fast-paced environment where every day offers something new to learn. She looks forward to growing her knowledge of the industry while helping both customers and team members have a great experience.

Known for her positive attitude and dependable nature, Leslie is someone the team can count on. She approaches her work with a willingness to help wherever needed and takes pride in contributing to the success of the production team. Whether she is assisting customers, coordinating information, or supporting the crews in the field, she shows up ready to help the team move forward.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with the people closest to her. She loves camping, hiking, attending concerts, and going on adventures with her son. She also values time with friends and family and enjoys any opportunity to explore something new together.

If Leslie could have dinner with any fictional characters, she would choose the cast of Sesame Street. The show brings back a sense of nostalgia from childhood, and she thinks sharing a meal with such a fun and colorful group of characters would make for a memorable and entertaining evening.
