Richard was a 20/10 :top notch - best of the best.

The person was fine. NOT happy with the scheduling timeline. Couldn't schedule until I paid, only to find out I had to wait 3 months! A problem when water was the issue! Had to spend money to prevent flooding while we waited. And worry! The sales Rep should have been more upfront with the 3-month delay. I probably would have found someone else if I had known. But I had already paid and our life was too stressful to fight it.

Richard the "foreman", the electrician, and the very professional and pleasant. Gave me confidence the job was being done right. 5/5. The rest got the job done and were fine. They did their job and were polite. No complaints just not "outstanding" and exceeding expectations like the others

Foreman Richard was insistent that things be left in order - clean, in order and to my satisfaction.
