Title: Foreman

Jon was a team leader in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers before joining the HomeSpec team as a foreman in October 2014. He is certified in all things basement waterproofing, crawl space and foundation repair.

His day to day position includes leading crews to complete home repairs in an efficient manner with the highest quality. He is a firm believer in team work, and says team work is essential here at HomeSpec. His favorite part about his job is putting in hard work every single day with a "rare breed" of human beings, AKA his amazing crew members!

In his free time, you can find Jon showing his kids how to have fun!

I chose you because of Chuck, who quoted my project, seemed to have integrity, and didn't try to pressure me to move forward that day. He was also very focused on quality, reputation, and values. These things matter to me. HomeSpec was slightly more expensive than FSM, and the solutions quoted nearly identical, but I just felt better spending this much money a company Chuck was representing. During install, my water main was hit which delayed my project and caused some issues, but I never felt the team wasn't professional or didn't know what they were doing. The team doing the work worked hard and all day long. I'm comfortable with my decision to have had this work done with HomeSpec.

Your crew waterproofed a neighbor's basement two doors down, so I asked them for their opinions. They took four bids, told me what price range to expect, had great things to say about the work and the results a year later... all glowing remarks. So I called you and had the same great experience. Your crews are very efficient, polite, hardworking. The materials are top notch and well-thought-out. They tarped everything, set up dust shields, and finished the job in less than two whole days... remarkable! We now can trust our basement to be a dry living, work, and workout area. This was a good high-value long-term investment in our home.
