Polite and competent

When I first met the crew they were standing in the driveway. I was very disappointed; however I was very wrong. The foreman was very polite, shook my hand and explained everything that was going to happen and when. I did not interact with the crew directly, but the fact that they finished the project, despite awful weather conditions was impressive.
