Awesome service by Joey and installation by Omar, Bradley and Chase.
Follow-up calls to schedule and text reminders were very helpful.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the initial sales call with Joey. Although we were getting additional quotes, we knew we would go with TBD. Joey also went above & beyond to loan us his personal pump to get water out of the crawl space prior to installation. Great service!
Omar, Bradley and Chase were extremely polite, hard-working and professional. Omar was also agreeable to moving one discharge from the location originally identified in the quote.
Overall it was acceptable considering the amount of work, but it could have been a bit better with loose gravel in driveway and yard and wood trim pieces in the landscaping.

What made you choose our company:
I wanted to use a local company if possible and the quote provided by Joey was extremely competitive with a national company making our decision very easy. If we were planning to stay long-term in this house, we would move forward with encapsulation as Joey's quote was also acceptable.
I only wish coordination of electrical hook-up was included in the job as I don't feel the job is complete. I know this can be tricky due to individual situations. Perhaps, you could provide service in which you schedule an electrician to provide an estimate while waiting on the installation. The electrician could then start immediately after installation. The homeowner would not be obligated to use the identified electrician if they wanted to find their own. Nevertheless, it would have been helpful to have this pre-arranged.
