We chose your company after interviewing several vendors. We were motivated by the competitive pricing, excellent sales presentation, & reviews by previous clients. Our only surprise was the news on the last day that we would have to consent to paying $150. per year for inspections. This may have been in the fine print but we do not recall it being mentioned in the initial presentation.
