I am extremely happy with the quality and results encapsulating my crawl space. Jake and his team Colby, Antonio, and Jose were great to work with. It can be a hard, dirty job (they even encountered a snake which they released in the wild). They seemed to enjoy working together and kept a sense of humor which is a testament to their leadership.

We had our basement waterproofed by the team of Jake, Antonio and Manny, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and now have peace of mind knowing our basement is protected. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing waterproofing services!

Huge thanks to Michael Chezum for his expert diagnosis and to Jacob Oetzmann and his crew for the flawless installation. They used the SmartJack® System to pull the bounce out of our floors and stabilize our Davenport home. Professional, efficient, and highly recommended!
