With this involvement, Jay is familiar with working with customers to build solutions that maximize property value, add to quality of life and bring peace of mind that a problem has been permanently resolved.

His day to day position includes inspecting crawlspaces, basements, foundations, and working with customers to build solutions. Jay and his wife Hillary have two children, Zeb and Franny. In his spare time, Jay enjoys participating in triathlons. He has raced in 48 states, including the Hawaii Ironman.
