Eric has over 5 years of experience as a licensed home inspector, and has now been with Basement Systems of Indiana for 5 years. He is even a licensed state instructor of home inspection! With this involvement, he is familiar with putting his customers first, which is why he fits in well on our team. The driving factor behind him joining our team was, he wanted to work for a company which puts their customers and their employees before their budget.
Eric heads up our real estate response team that specifically focuses on helping buyers and sellers overcome the obstacles that often come up on a home inspection report that can jeopardize the closing. His expertise and knowledge of basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, and foundation repair makes him a huge asset to our real estate response team.
