The discharge line was extended away from the foundation of the home.

The work area is separated from the rest of the basement when installing inside piers.
The "L" shaped pier bracket is sitting near the wood stud wall and will be inserted under the foundation wall once a small section of the foundation footing is removed.

This is a close up look at one of the pier heads that now support the base of this billboard. Part of the concrete base was cut away for the pier head to be inserted.

The lead section of a helical pier is the very first part of the piering system to be installed. The lead section may have one or two or in this case 3 flights (Disk Like Plates) depending on the Geo-technical report done by a soils engineer.

WaterGuard was designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint.

IceGuard was installed outside of the home and the discharge line was extended away from the home.

Several coats of basement paint could not stop leaks in the walls and at the basement floor. Even with a sump pump, every rain there was a wet basement.

The side wall of the home's foundation re-cracked and continued to settle so foundation piers were installed to correct this problem.
