WaterGuard is installed under the flooring of the space it is being installed. It is how the water is drained to the sump pump. It is placed under the flooring and then covered with gravel, to act as a filter so the WaterGuard does not get clogged with sediment, and then covered with a thin layer of concrete.

CleanSpace is the white liner, and it is installed all throughout the crawlspace. It is laid on top of a drainage matting that allows the water to drain behind the liner, and to the sump pump. CleanSpace acts as a barrier between the Earth and the inside of the home. Not only does it keep the crawlspace dry, but it also creates a bright white space. The SilverGlo is a foam paneling that is installed to the walls and resists heat conduction. This cuts down on moisture and condensation.

This dehumidifier automatically controls humidity levels to prevent mold growth, odors, and wood rot. It also drains the water automatically so that you don't have to go down there and do it.

In this photo it is evident that this crawl space had taken on too much water, and something needed to be done to prevent this from happening to the next homeowner. Water in a crawl space is not only a nuisance, but it cause mold and mildew to grow, along with weakening the integrity of the foundation. This causes a scare for all, and would have been a big turn around while trying to sell the home.

A musty, moldy crawl space will deter potential buyers.

Efflorescence is the white substance that is being pictured on the walls. It is a white, chalky substance that is made up of salt deposits and is left over once water has been present in a space. Even if you can't physically see water in the space, this is a tell-tale sign that water has been present.

The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with battery back up pumps, WaterWatch alarm system, and by standard ten foot of discharge line. All of these help to ensure that this sump pump will never cause issues for the homeowner, and it is not something that they are going to have to worry about constantly. The TripleSafe will do it's job, and the basement will stay dry.
