I highly recommend LowCountry Foundations. Our over 100 year old house had sagging beams and musty smell. The salesman that came out was professional and definitely not pushy. He showed me different options and even answered some questions via text on a Friday night. The crew came for a three day job. Luis, Brannon and Johnathan went over and beyond. With an old house you never know what you are going to run into and they took it on the chin and found solutions for every issue. The guys were extremely polite and kept me fully informed the entire job. They shared pictures of work under the house as it progressed. The left everything clean and neat. They explained my warranty and what to do if something were to come up. If you need jacks installed, support beams and/or encapsulation done -these are the people to call.
