Upon inspection, hairline cracking was found along the base of the foundation.
This crawlspace had been suffering from high humidity for so long, the subfloor had lost all integrity
When our Design Specialist arrived to inspect, the crawlspace was completely open which opens the door to any rodent or critter to make a new home under the home.
Over time, this main beam has weaken and now cracked which has made the wood loss all of it's integrity.
This crawlspace is poorly protected with a thin sheet of plastic that will offer little to no protection.
An untouched crawlspace could be in this condition without a homeowner even aware! Luckily, these homeowners called the experts out to assess their crawlspace.
