TJ brings a powerful blend of experience, integrity, and passion to his role as a Design Specialist at Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair. Originally from Rochester, NY, TJ has spent over 12 years in the real estate industry, giving him a unique perspective on the structural challenges homeowners face—and the peace of mind they deserve when those problems are solved.

TJ's professional journey began as an appointment setter for a waterproofing company in New York, which sparked his interest in the home services field. Since then, he has built a successful career as a licensed realtor in New York, Washington State, Georgia, and now serves as an Associate Broker in Georgia. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oswego with a minor in Forensic Science, further supporting his ability to assess homes with a critical eye and attention to detail.

At Lowcountry Foundation and Crawlspace Repair, TJ is driven by a deep commitment to helping homeowners protect their greatest investment—their home. He approaches every project with honesty and transparency, believing that integrity is the cornerstone of every customer relationship. Whether he’s designing solutions for foundation issues, crawlspace encapsulation, or waterproofing, TJ takes the time to educate homeowners so they feel confident and informed throughout the process.

When he’s not working, you’ll find TJ enjoying the outdoors with his wife and 3-year-old son and stepson. They love walking around Savannah and exploring coastal Georgia. He also enjoys playing soccer and staying active—something that reflects his high-energy, team-oriented spirit on the job.
