Everything was well-cleaned up. Craig kept me informed and educated me throughout the procedure. I have an engineering employment technical background and was impressed with his attention to detail. As it happened, his assistant had called in sick, and Craig was here by himself. It was pretty apparent that he was both knowledgeable and thorough in his work. I was impressed with his professionalism. Hang on to him; he is a good worker!
