This driveway's issues are quite common in Florida as shifting and eroded soils make way for slabs to start cracking.

A tree root underneath the walkway has caused the concrete to heave and become uneven as a result.

Several cracks had appeared across the surface of the homeowner's concrete driveway, caused by soil settlement and underlying tree roots that caused the slabs to heave.

The homeowner had observed areas of the concrete pool deck where the slabs had noticeably settled.

The homeowner's concrete driveway had experienced significant settlement damage over time, resulting in numerous surface cracks and the formation of multiple tripping hazards.

The homeowner's driveway has settled significantly due to major soil erosion, resulting in large cracks forming in the concrete slabs.

One of the most noticeable signs for the shop owners that their foundation required repair was the appearance of stair-step cracks along the exterior walls of the building.

A section of the homeowner's driveway sustained significant damage when the weight of a service truck caused the concrete slab to crack and break apart.
