This homeowner was frustrated by his cracked driveway, which was causing a hazardous trip hazard for himself and his family.
The homeowner's driveway has settled significantly due to major soil erosion, resulting in large cracks forming in the concrete slabs.
Soil erosion underneath the driveway had caused this section of the concrete slab to break off and settle into the ground.
Soil settlement has caused the concrete slabs to shift, creating major cracks that have spread throughout the surface of the driveway.
After the initial assessment, LRE preps the area and starts the project by drilling small dime-sized injection holes strategically placed into the concrete slab to serve as access points for injecting the PolyLevel foam beneath the surface.
Upon completion, the concrete lanai is leveled, clean, and smooth. The project is fast, and most can be completed in less than a day.
Upon noticing cracks in the surface of his concrete pool deck, the homeowner turned to us to help provide a long-term solution.
