The LRE team initiates the installation of the pool deck's new channel drain by carefully cutting out precisely measured sections of concrete.

The separation of the interior walls was a clear sign for the homeowner that their home was experiencing foundation issues.

During the inspection, the LRE Design Specialist identified areas in the crawl space where the wooden floor joists were insufficiently supported from below.

Soil erosion beneath the homeowner's driveway had caused the concrete slabs to settle, creating an uneven surface and posing a significant trip hazard.

The homeowner became alarmed after noticing cracks within their home's exterior walls.

This home as experiencing severe foundation settlement that compromised the footer allowing moisture to get into the home.

The wooden support joists in the crawl space beneath the home had suffered significant damage due to inadequate stable support from below.

Before the installation of the CleanSpace system, the crawl space beneath the home was a damp environment, lacking any systems to regulate moisture and protect against damage.
