The concrete slab has cracked and become uneven as a result of soil settlement.
The settling of the concrete front porch has led to the detachment of the brick columns from the roof above. If not addressed, there is a high likelihood of the columns falling over and the roof collapsing.
Large cracks had formed in this concrete pool deck due to unstable and shifting soil conditions underground.
