Due to the placement of the concrete during pouring, the property owner reported issues with water entering the barn during rain storms.
These downspouts left pools of water in this homeowner's yard. Improper water diversion allows for water to pool near the foundation, risking causing more extensive damage.
Washed out soils allowed the foundation to be exposed in areas around the home. This was breeding ground for water intrusion and mold growth.
LRE installed hard pipe, EZ Flow materials, as well as upgraded downspouts for this water diversion project. This project provided the drainage solutions this homeowner was looking for in order for his yard to stop flooding.
In order to start the project, LRE had to remove parts of the concrete and brick pavers to lay the necessary pipe for the new drainage system.
Improper drainage and grading to this property caused wash out and large voids near the foundation.
LRE started on the new french drains that would be installed around the perimeter of this home.
This particular area of the home had experienced frequent flooding due to the property being positioned below sea level. The persistent flooding had been a recurring issue for the homeowner and their family.
