Upon inspecting the crawl space, the LRE Design Specialist immediately observed excessive moisture and mold buildup, which had severely compromised the wooden support joists and created a hazardous environment for the homeowners due to polluted air quality.

This crawlspace suffered from mold and mildew because excess moisture could not be removed quick enough under the home.

The access to this crawlspace was manageable by our teams, even with it's small size.

Moisture damage has resulted in the floor joists in the crawl space rotting, causing their deterioration and loss of support for the floors inside the home.

Upon inspecting the crawl space, the LRE Design Specialist immediately noticed a significant amount of debris and insufficient moisture protection, leaving the area vulnerable to potential damage.

During the crawl space inspection, the LRE Design Specialist quickly identified that the home's wooden support joists were sloping due to insufficient stable support beneath them.

Upon close inspection of the crawl space by our Design Specialist, many of the floor joists and block piers showed signs of deterioration.
