Heavy soil erosion has caused the concrete driveway to settle and crack, posing a major concern for the homeowner.
Large cracks were not the only tell-tale sign of a problem at this home. The massive storm waters eroded much of the yard away causing settlement and sinking at various points throughout the home.
NexusPro is a silicone-based, flexible sealer that is applied to all cracks in the driveway. Excess material is removed, and it is smoothed out creating a clean, uniform look while protecting the surface of the driveway for years to come.
Voids were found beneath the pavers on this pool deck, an indication of shifting and washed out soils conditions.
Significant cracking had spread across the entire surface of the concrete lanai, prompting concerns for the homeowner.
LRE's crew drilled small holes throughout the concrete where the PolyLevel, expanding foam material, would be placed. These small holes are easily smoothed over with concrete once the application process is complete.
Due to soil erosion underneath, the right side of the homeowner's driveway had settled.
Due to soil erosion, the homeowner's concrete patio had sunk into the ground, posing a significant tripping hazard.
