The homeowner contacted LRE Foundation Repair immediately when large voids formed beneath their pool deck.

The pool deck of this Tampa home had experienced damage due to age and exposure to the elements. LRE needed to repair the current drains and install a new drainage system so this homeowner's yard would not continue to flood when it rained.

Rainwater would frequently collect around the perimeter of the garage and seep inside, posing a major problem for the homeowner.

The homeowner had reported significant flooding in the backyard of his home and had resorted to using cinder blocks around the perimeter as a temporary solution to redirect the water away from the pool.

The original channel drain on the pool deck had lost its effectiveness in diverting water away from the home.

Holes are carefully spaced out and drilled directly into the concrete slab. These small holes allow for PolyLevel to be injected through small ports, and the material can easily flow under the surface of the foundation.

The homeowner reported that rainwater had leaked into this area of the home, prompting them to seek a dependable drainage solution.

The homeowner reported severe flooding around this area of their home and expressed concerns about its impact on the foundation. Erosion of the soil around the base of the foundation highlighted the severity of the problem.
