Before the installation of additional SmartJacks, the floor joists exhibited signs of sagging, indicating the need for additional support.

The helical pier is aptly named due to its design, which looks like a miniature auger made of galvanized steel.

The crawlspace under this home suffered from years of wear and tear, causing settlement and sinking to the interior floors.

LRE digs trenches all around this home before laying the right amount of pipe down. This pipe ultimately will divert the flow of water out into the yard.
