Last summer purchased an older home with single car garage in west end of Edmonton. Discovered this spring the cracked garage pad is sitting lower than the alleyway and collecting excessive amounts of water during the melt.

1) Our garage pad inside the garage appears to be sinking and no longer level with the driveway and melt water from our vehicle tends to pool inside the garage rather than draining. 2) Areas at the base of the driveway where it meets the sidewalk also appear to have shifted/sunken.
