Mudjacking, or pressure grouting, are solutions that require the demolition and replacement of an entire slab of concrete, a procedure that is time consuming and expensive. PolyLevel’s two-part foam expands instantaneously upon injection beneath a settled slab. The injection holes are small and much less abrasive than those required for mud jacking. During the injection process, PolyLevel expands many times its original volume, forcing the sunken concrete back to its initial level. It takes only a matter of minutes for the polymer to expand and reach more than 90% of its firmness!
For homeowners, general contractors and commercial property owners, the PolyLevel system is the most effective solution for repairing sunken concrete surfaces. Contact us today for a free inspection and repair estimate!

Project Location: White Heron Lane, Summerville, 29485
Comment: I had to remove my back deck (which was improperly built before bought the house) and the patio slab below pools with water in certain spots during rain. The pooling is significant enough that I can't use the patio. There are no visual uneven sections like in some of your pictures I see, but I wanted to see if this is an option and get a quote for repair. Thank you.

Comment: 10'10" X 11'11 slab has dropped 3-4" and sits below water during rainy weather. 2 sides are against the house and have dropped 1" or less. 2 opposing sides are against a mulch bed and are visibly below ground level. Any water from weather, sprinklers etc. Collects in that corner and brings the mulch with it. When the water drains the mulch remains, sometimes covering 2/3 of the slab. Collecting estimates for repair. Thank you

Comment: Email is easiest way for contact, I work a crazy schedule. You can call but I can't promise I'll answer depending on time. Have a front porch slab that has lowered approx. 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. I do have a recent picture as well. Was like this when I purchased home a little over a year ago and hasn't seemed to have gotten worse. The I'm just tired of looking at it. Home is 12 years old.

Project Location: Mill Pond Court, Summerville, 29485
Comment: We have a 1600 sq. ft. home that the slab flooring has sunken about 2.5 inches mostly in the center of the house. No outer foundation cracks, around the outside of all the rooms looks good, the center of the house from nearly one to the other would be the concern.
