Front Sidewalk With Trip Hazards in Pennsville, NJ

Trip hazards can cause a serious accident if not removed. Nick and his team removed the trip hazards in front of this home in Pennsville, NJ with PolyLevel. They drilled small penny-size holes into the sidewalk and injected the polyurethane foam underneath. The foam is waterproof and environmentally friendly; all voids are fill underneath and the slab is raised back to level.

Pool Patio Leveled in Pennsville, NJ

This homeowner in Pennsville, New Jersey noticed their pool patio was beginning to sink and become unlevel. This happens because the soil underneath the concrete is poorly compacted. Over time, this soil settles and creates voids underneath the concrete. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe, provided an inspection and suggested they use polyurethane foam. Our foreman, Ramon Romero, began installing our PolyLevel Injection System. This is done by drilling tiny holes into the concrete and injecting the foam into the voids underneath. PolyLevel has expanding properties that allow for accurate lifting and leveling of the slab. Now, the homeowner doesn't have to worry about tripping near their home!

Sinking and Settling Steps in Bridgeton, NJ

Concrete slabs settle when the soil underneath the slab is too wet, too dry or poorly compacted. It becomes weak and can no longer support the weight causing it to sink and settle. PolyLevel provides additional support underneath the slab.  The installation is clean and quick. The foam is injected underneath the concrete slab through a small penny size hole.
