Lowcountry Foundation Repair Before & After

Tripping Hazard Removed from Forsyth, GA Sidewalk

Jim W. of Forsyth, GA had a problem with his sidewalk and driveway. Both ares had sank and cracked at the joints, created a tripping hazard to the home owners and guests. Not wanting the liability to get worse, the owner went online to research concrete repair options like mudjacking. After research, Jim decided he didn’t want the cost and mess of mudjacking and continued searching. He saw an ad on Macon’s CBS 13 that was something better: a service offered by Lowcountry Basement Systems called PolyLevel.

PolyLevel was the perfect solution for Jim’s concrete woes. Unlike mudjacking techniques that pump mortar-based material beneath settled concrete, PolyLevel imposes very little additional weight on the soil. Injected through small dime-sized holes in the concrete, this geotechnical foam expands and lifts the concrete back to level. In less than a day Jim’s sidewalk and driveway was restored and the tripping hazards removed!

Sinking Concrete Walkway in Forsyth, GA is Fixed!

James E. of Forsyth, GA called Lowcountry Basement Systems after seeing an ad in the Macon Telegraph for concrete lifting and leveling services. James had a concrete walkway in front of his home that was sinking in one area. Rather than ripping up the existing walkway and pouring new concrete, James called Lowcountry Basement Systems for a free inspection of his walkway. Lowcountry Basement Systems sent an inspector to the home and recommended lifting one section of the walkway with PolyLevel, a structural grade polymer, to fix the issue. Small holes about the size of dimes were drilled to inject PolyLevel beneath the sinking concrete. Within two hours the walkway was fixed. The eyesore was no more. James was thrilled with the results!

PolyLevel is the Answer for Concrete Repair Problem in Forsyth, GA

Denny E. of Forsyth, GA saw an ad for concrete repair on tv. He immediately of the problem he was having at his house. Chipmunks had tunneled under the parking pad, causing the concrete to sink. Denny knew that replacing the concrete would be expensive and it would not stop the chipmunks. He called Lowcountry Basement Systems hoping they could help with his concrete problem. Lowcountry Basement Systems drilled small holes, about the size of dimes, in the parking pad. Then, PolyLevel, a two-part structural grade polymer was injected through the holes to fill the voids created by the chipmunks. The PolyLevel expanded, lifting the concrete that had sunk. Denny was thrilled to have his problem fixed right, the first time!

    Sinking Concrete in Gray, GA

This Gray, GA homeowner contacted Lowcountry Basement Systems when she noticed a problem with the concrete slab her carport was on. The area used to have a swimming pool and was filled with concrete. The concrete started to sink and created a three-inch hole. We scheduled her for a free appointment with one of our inspectors.  Our inspector, Brian Hunter, suggested that she lift the concrete with our PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane that is injected through a dime-sized hole in the concrete. It expands beneath the concrete slab to lift it back to its desired height.  After just one day of installation, the project was complete and the homeowner was thrilled with the outcome and customer service of our inspector and foreman.
