Very pleased overall.
Communication was great throughout the process.
Michael's explanation was thorough. He left a book with us, and I liked I was able to read through it further after his explanation. It went very well.
Not a problem at all. They had some difficulty in one area, but between the two of them they explained what was going to be done. They had to leave and to get something, because of the issued they encountered. Took a little longer because of that glitch, but not a problem.
Great. We didn't have to do anything to clean up after them, and they made sure everything was put away.
What made you choose our company:
We had an uneven sidewalk, so we did some research online and got 2 different bids. Redeemers Group's solution was very different. It was less invasive and less complicated. My only wish is that we could have gotten it done sooner. There was a few weeks between when I first talked to Michael and they were able to do the work.
