Josh Pastor

Meet Josh Pastor, a valued member of the Redeemers Group family! Originally from Plymouth, Michigan, Josh now calls Cabot, Arkansas home, where he lives with his wife, Kimmy, and their three kids — Graham, Charlie, and Winnie. Though their extended family still lives up north, Josh and crew make plenty of trips back to Michigan to visit and stay connected.

Josh brings an impressive background from his time in the Marine Corps, where he earned certifications as a Master Training Specialist and Quality Assurance Inspector. He also holds OSHA-10 and Stormwater Operator certifications from his experience in construction — a combination that serves him well in his role today.

Drawn to Redeemers Group by its strong culture and commitment to employee growth, Josh has found a place where his experience in commercial construction, public speaking, and quality assurance truly shine. His leadership, professionalism, and eye for detail make him a strong asset to the SDS team.

When he’s not on the job, Josh is likely working toward his Bachelor’s degree, diving into a good book (especially theology), or spending quality time with his kids. He’s also a big football fan, whether it’s college Saturdays or NFL Sundays.

When it comes to snacks, Josh keeps it simple — give him some beef jerky and a Reese’s Fast Break, and he’s all set.
