Kevin, I am going to take advantage of this opportunity to not just thank you for helping Family House, but to tell you what a great job your crews did for me at my house just yesterday!  I had piers and a water system put in so both Scott and Mark were there with their crews.  They were all fantastic!  I wont be able to remember all the names, but boy did they work hard – they got both jobs done in a single day and the basement looks great!  They still have some work to do on a retaining wall, and due to a scheduling snafu that will have to occur later.  I just wanted to make sure to share my positive experience! Mr. Brown, I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the wall anchor installation work your crew did on mu home in Macon, MO. The crew, Patrick, Ace and Matthew were knowledgeable and wonderful to explain everything that was being done.  They were prompt, Professional, polite, skilled, and hard working.  Even though the ground was very soft, they took care to make sure the work was done right and the lawn was repaired better than I thought it could have been possible.  The clean up on the inside was equally well done and care taken to make sure everything was just right. I felt confident in knowing they were doing everything possible to make sure the foundation wall was being stabilized, made secure and my foundation worries were over. Last Thursday and Friday Bix workman installed a Waterguard System, with a TripleSafe sump pump, etc...in our basement.  Water was leaking into the basement as they worked and I expect this presented problems, especially in digging the sump pump pit.   The foreman of the work crew was Jamiel Culps, and the other members were Carl and Maka.  I want to compliment Jamiel and the other members of the work crew.  They were polite and cooperative.  In spite of a somewhat difficult situation they seemed to do an excellent job, and they cleaned up neatly afterwards.  I feel Jamiel and his group deserve credit for a job well done.   Thank you, Morris M.
