Upon inspecting the homeowner's concrete driveway, the LRE Design Specialist immediately identified uneven sections and a discolored tone across the surface, indicating potential settling and wear over time.
The homeowner's concrete driveway had experienced settlement damage over time, resulting in numerous surface cracks and uneven sections. Additionally, the surface had become discolored due to prolonged exposure to the elements.
Significant cracking had spread across the entire surface of the concrete lanai, prompting concerns for the homeowner.
Severe cracks in the exterior walls around the pool deck were a concerning sight for the homeowner, prompting them to seek reliable repair solutions.
Due to the settlement of the underlying soil, the homeowner's driveway had become uneven and numerous cracks had spread throughout the surface.
Voids were found beneath the pavers on this pool deck, an indication of shifting and washed out soils conditions.
The homeowner became alarmed when they noticed stair-step cracking patterns emerging from the window frame in the exterior wall of the home.
The appearance of thin horizontal and stair-step pattern hairline cracks alarmed the homeowner, prompting them to have their foundation inspected.
