PolyLEVEL™ is a less abrasive and cost-saving alternative to concrete lifting & leveling. The entire concrete lifting process is less destructive and offers numerous benefits over typical slab raising methods. The PolyLevel Concrete lifting and slab-raising applications will work for the many variations of sinking and settling concrete, including:
• Concrete driveways and concrete steps

• Concrete pool decks or pool surrounds
• Sunrooms with concrete floors
• Concrete roadways & parking areas
• Airport runways
• Concrete patios & landings
The Best Alternative to mudjacking and slab jacking
Mudjacking, or pressure grouting, are solutions that require the demolition and replacement of an entire slab of concrete, a procedure that is time consuming and expensive. PolyLevel’s two-part foam expands instantaneously upon injection beneath a settled slab. The injection holes are small and much less abrasive than those required for mud jacking. During the injection process, PolyLEVEL expands many times its original volume, forcing the sunken concrete back to its initial level. It takes only a matter of minutes for the polymer to expand and reach more than 90% of its firmness!

Comment: I'm seeking estimates from several businesses concerning the following: Over many years my driveway has sunk 2 inches on one corner because of cushion sand washout. Ground water was able to get under the driveway on the up hill side and washed sand out through the expansion joint on the down hill side (3 ft drop over 40 ft). A crack has formed as a result. I've already fixed the ground water problem and it doesn't washout sand anymore. There are no other uneven joints but as you go up the driveway there are more cracks. Thumping on the driveway reveals the existence of "hollow" areas or cavities underneath. I am mainly looking to repair the uneven sunken section but, depending on cost, I may consider filling in the hollow areas, or at least the ones causing cracking.

Comment: 1. A void is forming under driveway from the side connecting to walkway to front door. Driveway does not appear to have settled, but there is a hairline crack forming. 2. Sidewalk connecting front door to driveway has settled by 4 inches (rough estimate) near driveway. 3. Sidewalk along street has a slight low spot. Not a big problem, but does tend to collect sediment. Would consider fixing based on estimate.
